The destruction of the Biblical Family, one man with one womand for one lifetime (with kiddies), is having a immense negative impact upon our society in a dozen different ways. The picture above is one of my wife's Uncle Billy, now in his 80s, holding my daughter's new son. This picture spans four generations (two not shown). My grandson, his mother, my wife and I and her maternal uncle. Such is the way it should be.
The promise of the Gospel is "...unto a thousand generations of those who love Me (God) and keep My commandments." Natural generation is one of the primary (not the only) means of evangelism God has given to transmit the cultural hope of the Gospel from generation to generation. I am grateful for the godly inheritance we, our children, and now our grandchildren enjoy. May our Lord grant multiple more generations to know this hope and peace.
